This is an online auction selling the remainder of the lease on the spaces listed in the catalog.

Preview:  All spaces can be viewed every Friday during market hours.  For other times contact the office at 330-227-3233 or email conniesue@rogersohio.com.

Payment: Payment is to be made to Rogers Community Auction, Inc. by Cash, check, or credit card within 2 business days after the close of the auction.  The office will contact the winning bidders and set up a time for payment and lease agreement signing.

Lease Agreements:  Winning bidders will be required to sign a lease agreement with Rogers Community Auction, Inc. a copy of the said contract can be obtained by contacting the office and talking with Connie Hughart or emailing her at ConnieSue@RogersOhio.com. The lease agreements contain all rules and regulations as they pertain to the spaces and what is expected of the leaseholder including an occupancy policy.

Buyers Premium / Transfer Fee:  All lease transactions are subject to a 15% transfer fee which will be paid by the buyer in the form of a buyer's premium.

The Remainder of Lease:  All spaces have a different amount of time left on the lease and will renew at different times.  The dates of renewal for each space are listed in the catalog.
