We have had three updates to our terms.  Please be sure to read and understand the bold wording below for the changes.

3. PAYMENT: Invoices under $5,000.00 may be paid with cash, check, wire transfer or credit card during the pick up times, any invoice over $5,000.00 must be paid by cash, wire transfer or certified check.  If you have not picked your items up at the designated times or have not made other arrangements your credit card on file with bid.rogersohio.com will be charged for you purchases.  Be sure to have an available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. Rogers Community Auction Inc. has the right to pre-authorize a bidders credit card, deactivate the account or cancel the bids of any bidder, for any reason, at their sole discretion as all of our online auctions are "With Reserve" auctions. 

3A. CREDIT CARD FEES: There will be a 3.5% fee charged on all invoices paid for using a credit or debit card.

19. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. Rogers Community Auction Inc. is not responsible for the use or misuse of items, infestation and pathogens, environmental harm or any injury or harm caused by items purchased. As we strive to provide accurate information, once an item leaves our property there will be no return or refund for any reason, be sure to inspect your items before leaving.
